NSP Announced 2018 January Revenue of NT$ 832 Million with 8.67% YoY Growth

Neo Solar Power Corporation (“NSP”, or “the Company”, publicly listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange, Ticker: 3576 TT), a world-class leading integrated PV solution provider with expertise in high conversion efficiency products and global solar system development capabilities in Hsinchu, Taiwan, announced January 2018 revenue of NT$ 832 million, representing an MoM decrease of 21.34% but a YoY growth of 8.67%.

The decline of NSP’s January revenue was resulted from the decrease of the one-time solar project development revenues compared to last month. Look into the future, the Taiwan domestic demand can still be expected to increase and NSP would continue to explore new business opportunities to enhance our operating performance .

Chunghwa Telecom has won the bid of Taipower’s ChangHua 100MW solar system project, and NSP has signed an exclusively module supply agreement with Chunghwa Telecom in corresponding to the coastal environment with high salinity and humidity and the sandblasting caused by winter monsoon. This 100MW project site will adopt NSP’s Glory BiFi module which is specifically designed for Taiwan’s harsh environment. With double tempered glass, Glory BiFi could offer 30 years output guarantee. Besides, according to the environmental condition of the Changhua Coastal Industry Park, NSP Glory BiFi would generate 5% extra energy than traditional solar module in limited space and severe weather condition which provides the better solution for government’s policy of promoting renewable energy in Taiwan.
