Audit Committee provide oversight of the financial reporting process, the audit process, the company's system of internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations.
Members of Audit Committee are the Independent Directors, one of which act as Convener. Committee provide oversight of the financial reporting process, the audit process, the company's system of internal controls, gain and disposal of assets or derivative products transaction, loan and guarantee, offering and issuance of stocks, related parties transaction, conflict of interests, fraud investigation, crisis management, hiring or dismissal of an attesting CPA, or the compensation and compliance with laws and regulations.
